Qi Gong has been practiced in China for more than 5,000 years. “Qi or Chi” means energy or breath, and “Gong” means work or practice. Qi Gong consists of a number of exercises that enable us to connect our mind-body-spirit. The goals of the Qi Gong adepts are health, happiness and longevity.
Here is a quick routine that you can do every morning upon awaking, no equipment needed! Enjoy, and please let me know how you feel after doing this for a couple of mornings.
