ReEnergizing Fridays – Short Morning Practice of Qi Gong – IT FEELS GOOD

Qi Gong has been practiced in China for more than 5,000 years. “Qi or Chi” means energy or breath, and “Gong” means work or practice. Qi Gong consists of a number of exercises that enable us to connect our mind-body-spirit. The goals of the Qi Gong adepts are health, happiness and longevity.

Here is a quick routine that you can do every morning upon awaking, no equipment needed! Enjoy, and please let me know how you feel after doing this for a couple of mornings.

I personally feel energized, focused and relaxed when I am consistent in my morning Qi Gong practice!
