ReEnergizing Fridays – Happiness is…

Happiness is... being at peace with oneself, with life and with the world. It happens when your mind (intentions and thoughts), body (actions)and spirit(conscience and true self) are all aligned.

This rarely happens if you leave it to chance but can happen all the time if you consciously seek it, through simply sitting quietly watching nature, meditation, doing yoga, practicing Tai-Chi etc.

Spend time this weekend to reconnect with what Happiness is for you, for it is all around you.
